CHICKEN 65
Ingredients:
Chicken- 100 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 t spoon
Egg -1
Chicken 65 powder - 2 tbl spoon
Corn flour- 1 tbl spoon
Salt as needed
Wash chicken and add egg, chicken 65 powder, ginger garlic paste and salt as needed.
Mix it very well preferably with your hands.
Refrigerate the chicken for 1 hour.
Marinating overnight gives great taste to the chicken.
Add corn flour just before frying.
In a frying pan add just enough oil, and once the oil is hot add the chicken one by one.
Do not over crowd the pan. The pieces might not get evenly cooked if there isn’t enough space.
Cook the chicken in medium low flame for 15 minutes or until cooked, frequently turning the pieces.
Remove the chicken 65 in a tissue paper so that excess oil gets absorbed.
Serve chicken 65 hot with lemon wedges and onion.
