PANEER LABRADOR
Ingredients:Paneer _ 200 gm
Onion _ 1
Tomato _ 1
Ginger _ 1/2 Inch piece
Garlic _ 5
Cashewnut _ 5
Green Chilly _ 1
Kashmiri Red Chilly _ 3
Salt as needed
Garam Masala _ 1 t spoon
Kasuri Methi _ 1 t spoon
Butter _ 1 tbl spoon
Oil _ 1 tbl spoon
Cardamom _ 1
Biriyani Leaf _ 1
Cinnamon _ 1
Fennel Seeds _ 1/2 t spoon
Grind cashewnuts to a fine paste with little water.
Cut half of the paneer into bite sized pieces and grate the remaining paneer.
Add 1 t spoon of oil and fry cardamom, ginger, garlic, green chilly, onion, tomato, Kashmiri Red chilly.
Add 1/4 cup water, cover with a lid and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
Grind the fried onion tomato mixture to a fine paste.
In a pan heat oil, butter and fry fennel seeds, biriyani Leaf, ground masala paste.
Now add garam masala, kasuri methi, salt and mix well.
Add cashew paste, 1/4 cup water and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.
Once the gravy gets a semi thick consistency add the grated paneer, cubed paneer and mix gently.
Simmer for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.
