PASTA IN PRESSURE COOKER

 MASALA PASTA IN PRESSURE COOKER

Ingredients:
Pasta _ 1 cup 
Onion _ 1/2
Capsicum _ 1 tbl spoon
Tomato_ 1/2
Carrot _ 1
Beans _ 4
Garlic _ 4
Butter/Oil _ 1 tbl spoon 
Cumin Seeds _ 1/2 t spoon
Salt as needed
Pizza Seasoning _ 1 t spoon
Kasuri Methi _ 1/2 t spoon 
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder _ 1/4 t spoon


      Add butter, cumin seeds, chopped garlic in a pressure cooker and fry for a minute.



      Now add chopped onion, carrot, beans, capsicum and cook in low flame for 2 minutes.


      Grind tomato and add the puree to the vegetables.
      Now add salt, Kashmiri Chilly powder, kasuri methi, pizza seasoning and mix well.


      Add the pasta, 1 cup water and let the pasta get completely immersed in water.


      Close the cooker with lid and pressure cook for 5 whistles in low flame.
      Once pressure releases, open the cooker and mix well.


      Our masala pasta is ready to enjoy with spring onion or cheese on the top.
