STRAWBERRY AND VENNILA KULFI
Ingredients:Milk _ 1 cup
Sugar _ 2 tbl spoon
Corn Flour _ 1 t spoon
Vennila Essence _ 1/4 t spoon
Strawberry _ 5
Condensed Milk _ 3 tbl spoon
Clean and cut strawberry into small pieces.
Grind with little water to a fine paste.
Mix milk and sugar and boil in low flame for 15 minutes.
Mix corn flour in water and pour into the milk.
Add condensed milk, vennila essence and boil in low flame for another 15 minutes.
The milk will get little thick.
Pour half of the milk in kulfi moulds or small cups.
Cover with silver foil and insert ice cream sticks in the centre and freeze.
Once the remaining milk gets completely cooled, add the strawberry puree and give a good mix.
Pour into small cups, wrap with aluminium foil, insert ice cream sticks in the centre and freeze overnight.
Take out the kulfi cups and show in running tap water.
De mould carefully.
