FRESH CREAM USING MILK MALAI
Ingredients:Milk Malai / Paalaadai - 1 cup
Collect the malai that collects on the top of the milk for at least 1 month in air tight container.
Store the milk malai in freezer until a good amount of malai gets collected.
Unfreeze the malai and blend using an electric beater until creamy.
Our fresh cream is ready to be used for making gravies and curries.
