CAULIFLOWER CURD RICE (PALEO RECIPE)

CAULIFLOWER  CURD RICE 

Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 200 gm
Salt as needed 
Oil - 1 t spoon 
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Curry Leaves - 1 spring 
Green Chilly - 1/2
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece 
Curd - 1 cup 


      Clean cauliflower florets and dip in hot water.
      Grind the cauliflower in pulse mode in a mixer.


      Steem the grated cauliflower in a idli cooker for 15 minutes in medium flame.
      Our cauliflower rice is ready. Add curd, salt in cauliflower rice and mix well.


      Heat oil in a pan and allow mustard seeds to splutter.
      Add chopped ginger, green chilly, curry leaves and fry until golden.
      Add the tadka to the cauliflower curd rice and mix well.



      Enjoy cauliflower curd rice with pickles.
