FROZEN GREEN PEAS

Ingredients:
Green Peas - 1 kg


   Remove the peas from the pod, remove spoilt peas and wash well.
      Boil water in a pan until piping hot.
      Add peas and boil until all the peas floats on the top.




      Boil for 3 more minutes and switch off the flame.
      Drain the water completely and transfer the peas to a dry cloth.



      Let the peas dry for 2 to 3 hours.
      Once the peas dries completely, transfer to a silver vessel, close with a lid and store in freezer.


      Frozen peas keeps well for 6 months.


      Use frozen peas when required.
