ABC JUICE/ APPLE BEETROOT CARROT JUICE

ABC JUICE 

Ingredients:
Apple - 1
Carrot - 2 
Beetroot - 1/2
Curry Leaves - 3 (Optional)
Water - 1 cup

      Peel beetroot and apple.
      Cut apple, beetroot, carrot roughly.

      Grind together with curry leaves to a fine paste.

      Add water and grind thoroughly.
      Strain through a metal stainer.

      Enjoy ABC juice in empty stomac.
