RAGI ADAI

RAGI ADAI 

Ingredients:
Ragi Flour - 1 cup
Salt as needed 
Curry Leaves - 10 
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon chopped 
Carrot - 1
Capsicum - 2 tbl spoon chopped 
Ginger - 1 tbl spoon 
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon 


      Mix together ragi flour, salt, chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, capsicum, grated carrot.


      We can add more spinach or vegetables of our choice.
      Add hot water little by little and kneed to a soft dough.


      It must be softer than chappathi dough.


      Apply oil in a butter paper, take a small ball of the dough, and flatten it to thin circles.




      Heat a dosa pan, apply some oil and place the ragi adai on the tawa.


      Press slightly and remove the butter paper crefully.


      Sprinkle oil and cook on low flame until both sides are browned.


      Enjoy ragi adai with coconut chutney.
