BRINJAL TAWA ROAST

BRINJAL  ROAST

Ingredients:
Brinjal - 10
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbl spoon 
Sambar Powder - 1 tbl spoon 
Curry Masala Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Coconut Oil - 2 tbl spoon 


      Cut brinjal into thick slices and soak in water until use.
      Drain the water, add ginger garlic paste, sambar powder, curry masala powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.


      Heat oil in a dosa tawa and roast the marinated brinjal slices until golden on both sides.


      Cover with a lid for even cooking.


      Enjoy brinjal tawa roast with rice and rasam.
