PANEER  BUTTER MASALA DOSA


Ingredients:
Oil - 1 t spoon 
Garlic - 5
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece 
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Cashewnut - 5
Butter - 1 tbl spoon
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Salt as needed 
Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/2 t spoon 
Kasuri Methi - 1/2 t spoon 
Curd - 2 tbl spoon 
Paneer - 200 gm
Dosa Batter 
Cheese cube


      Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, cashews until soft.


      Allow it to cool and grind to a fine paste.
      Heat butter and fry fennel seeds and onion tomato paste.
      Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, Kashmiri chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and simmer for 10 minutes.


      Add beaten curd, kasuri methi and mix well.



      Cut paneer into small pieces and add to the gravy.


      Simmer for 5 minutes, add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.


      Heat a dosa tawa and make thin dosa.
      Once both sides are cooked spread paneer butter masala and simmer for 2 minutes.
      Sprinkle grated cheese and enjoy paneer butter masala with coconut chutney.
