PANEER  PEAS PULAO

Ingredients:
Oil - 1 t spoon 
Ghee - 1 t spoon 
Paneer - 100 gm
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Cinnamon - 1 stick 
Cardamom - 1
Onion - 1
 Green Chilly - 2
Salt as needed 
Garam Masala - 1/4 t spoon 
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon 
Mint Leaves - 2 tbl spoon 
Basmati Rice - 1/2 cup
Water - 3/4 cup


      Wash and soak basmati rice for 1/2 an hour.
      Heat 1/2 t spoon butter and toast the paneer in a dosa tawa.


      Heat oil, ghee in a pressure cooker and fry fennel seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, onion, slit green chilly in low flame.


      Once onion turns transparent add salt, mint, coriander leaves, garam masala.
      Drain excess water and add basmati rice, paneer, peas, water.



    Pressure cook for 3 whistles in low flame.


      Once the pressure releases open the lid and allow it to cool slightly.


      Enjoy paneer peas pulao with onion raita.
