PALAK CHAPATHI / PALAK PARATHA

PALAK CHAPPATHI 

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Palak / Spinach - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 small piece
Green Chilly - 1
Ajwain - 1/4 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Oil - 1 tbl spoon 


      Clean spinach and wash thoroughly.
      Boil water and add the spinach. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
      Drain the excess water, grind together with green chilly and ajwain.


      Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add the ground paste, salt, oil and kneed to a soft dough.


      Allow the chappathi dough to rest for atleast 1/2 an hour.


      Make small balls and roll to thin chappathis.


      Heat a dosa tawa and roast the chappathi on both sides drizzling some oil.


      Enjoy Palak chappathi with any gravy or raitha.
