BANANA  BREAD

Ingredients:
Banana - 4
Butter - 1/3 cup
Egg - 1
Vennila Essence - 1 t spoon 
Salt - 1 pinch 
Baking Soda - 1/2 t spoon 
Wheat Flour - 1 1/2 cup
Naatu Sarkarai / Jaggery- 3/4 cup


      Mash nicely ripe bananas using a fork.


      Add egg, vennila essence, butter and beat well using an electric beater.


      Add baking soda, salt, jaggery and mix well.
      Add wheat flour and mix gently using a spatula.
 

      Apply butter in a baking pan and sprinkle some wheat flour.
      Transfer the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.



      Insert a toothpick and check if it comes out clean.
      Once the bread is completely cooked, allow it to cool.


      Cool completely, cut the banana bread into slices and enjoy.
