CLEAR VEG SOUP

CLEAR VEGETABLE SOUP

Ingredients:
Butter - 1 t spoon 
Garlic - 1 t spoon 
Spring Onion - 2
Carrot- 1/4 cup
Beans - 1/4 cup
Capsicum - 2 tbl spoon chopped 
Salt as needed 
Pepper Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Mushroom - 50 gm
Corn Flour - 1 t spoon 
Lemon Juice - 1/4 t spoon 


      Heat butter in a pan and fry garlic, white part of spring onion until soft.

        Add carrot, beans, capsicum, mushroom and sauté for 3 minutes.


      Add 1/2 cup water, salt, pepper and simmer until the vegetables get cooked soft.



      Once cooked, mix corn flour with water and add to the soup.
      Allow it to boil.
      Add lemon juice, spring onion green part and switch off the flame.


      Enjoy clear veg soup when it is hot.
