RAGI WAFFLE
Ragi Flour - 1/4 cup
Wheat Flour - 1/4 t spoon
Cocoa Powder - 1 tbl spoon
Jaggery / Naatu Sarkarai - 3 tbl spoon
Baking Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Vennila Essence - 1/2 t spoon
Melted Butter - 2 tbl spoon
Milk - 100 ml
Mix together all the above ingredients and lastly add milk.
Wheat Flour - 1/4 t spoon
Cocoa Powder - 1 tbl spoon
Jaggery / Naatu Sarkarai - 3 tbl spoon
Baking Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Vennila Essence - 1/2 t spoon
Melted Butter - 2 tbl spoon
Milk - 100 ml
Mix together all the above ingredients and lastly add milk.
Mix well so that there are no lumps in the batter.
Apply butter in the waffle maker and preheat.
Pour the batter and cook until the waffle gets cooked well.
It takes approximately 10 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool.
Once cooled the waffle becomes crisp outside and soft inside.
