ADAI DOSA

Ingredients:
Idly Rice - 1/4 cup
Raw Rice - 1/4 cup
Urad Dal - 1 tbl spoon 
Toor Dal - 2 tbl spoon 
Chana Dal - 1 tbl spoon 
Red Chilly - 2
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Onion - 1/2
Curry Leaves - 1 spring
Asafoetida - 1 pinch 


      Wash and soak rice and dal for 2 to 3 hours.


      Grind together with red chilly, fennel seeds, salt, asafoetida to a coarse dough.

        Add chopped onion, curry leaves and mix well.


      Allow it to rest for 3 hours.


      Heat a dosa tawa and make little thick adai using the batter.
      Drizzle some oil and roast until golden on both sides.



      Enjoy adai dosa with coconut chutney.
