CHANA AND PANEER CHEESE TACOS

CHEESE  TACOS

Ingredients:
Black Chana - 1 cup
Paneer - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1/2
Carrot - 1 grated
Salt as needed 
Cumin Powder - 1 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Pepper - 1 t spoon 
Cheese slice - 5
Chapathi dough


      Make small chappathi’s using a bottle lid and 1/2 cook the chappathi in a dosa tawa and keep aside.


      Pressure cook chana and mash it along with paneer, salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, chopped onion, capsicum, carrot using a potato masher.



      Make the masala into small balls.


      Add some butter in a hot dosa tawa, keep the masala ball and place a chappathi above the ball. 


      Press above the chappathi using potato masher.


      Roast in low flame for 5 minutes.
      Turn the chappathi upside down and place cheese slice in one side.


      Fold the chappathi into two.


      Allow it to roast on both sides of the chappathi.



      Enjoy chana cheese tacos with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
