CHICKEN  SHAWARMA

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 3 cups
Warm water - 1 cup
Active Dry Yeast - 2 t spoon 
Oil - 2 tbl spoon 
Sugar - 1 t spoon 
Salt - 1 t spoon 
Chicken - 3/4 kg boneless 
Salt as needed 
Garam Masala - 1 t spoon 
Hung Curd - 1/4 cup
Chilly Powder - 1 1/2 t spoon 
Cumin Powder - 1 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Pepper Powder - 1 t spoon 
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 t spoon 
Kasuri Methi - 1 t spoon 
Lemon - 1/2
Onion - 1/2 
Capsicum - 1/2
Carrot - 1/2
Cabbage - 4 tbl spoon chopped 
Maiyonnaise


      Mix together sugar, yeast in warm water and keep aside.

      After 5 minutes the yeast gets activated.


      Add the wheat flour, oil and kneed to a soft dough.



      Cover with a wet cloth and keep aside.
      After 2 hours the dough raises to double its size.
      Make small balls and roll into lightly thick circles using a chappathi roller.


      Roast the chappathi on both sides in a hot dosa tawa.
      Our kubus is ready.
      Wash the chicken and marinate with curd, salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi, pepper powder and lemon.



      Roast the chicken for 10 minutes in medium flame with a t spoon of butter.
      Once the chicken gets cooked switch off the flame and add the sliced onion, carrot, cabbage, capsicum.



      Now let us arrange the shawarma.
      Place a kubbos in a plate and apply maiyoaise over it.
      Place the prepared chicken stuffing in the centre.



      Add some more mayonnaise and fold the kubus.


      Our chicken shawarma is ready to enjoy.
