CHILLY CHAPPATHI

CHILLY  CHAPPATHI/ KOTHU CHAPPATHI 

Ingredients:
Chappathi - 8
Crushed Ginger Garlic - 1 tbl spoon 
Green Chilli - 1
Oil - 2 tbl spoon 
Curry Leaves - 2 spring 
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Salt as needed 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/2 t spoon 
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon 


      Heat oil in a pan and fry fennel seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chilly, ginger garlic.

 

      Add chopped onion and sauté for a minute.


      Add tomato and cook until mushy.
      Add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and mix well.


      Add 1/4 cup water and cook covered until oil releases.



      Once the gravy is thick add chappathi pieces and cook in high flame for 3 minutes.


      Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.


      Enjoy chilly chappathi with onion raitha.
