MOR KULAMBU
Ingredients :Coconut Oil - 1 t spoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 t spoon
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 t spoon
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 t spoon
Hing - 1 pinch
Curry Leaves - 1 spring
Red Chilly - 1
Curd - 1 cup
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Salt as needed
To grind
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Green Chilly - 2
Cumin Seeds - 1 t spoon
Grind together the above ingredients to a fine paste.
Whisk curd with salt using a beater and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and allow mustard seeds to splutter.
Add cumin, fenugreek, hing, red chilly, curry leaves and turmeric.
Add the ground paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add the beaten curd and switch off the flame.
To grind
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Green Chilly - 2
Cumin Seeds - 1 t spoon
Grind together the above ingredients to a fine paste.
