CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

 CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients:
Butter - 1 t spoon 
Garlic - 10
Onion - 1/2 chopped 
Coriander Leaves 
Mushroom - 100 gm
Walnut - 2
Salt as needed 
Wheat Flour - 1 t spoon 
Pepper Powder- 1/2 t spoon 
Milk - 1/2 cup
Fresh Cream - 2 tbl spoon 


      Heat butter in a pan and roast chopped garlic, onion, stem of coriander leaves until golden.



      Add mushroom, walnut and cook until golden.


      Reserve 1 tbl spoon cooked mushroom for garnish.
      Add wheat flour and roast for a minute.


      Add milk and allow it to boil.


      Once cooled, grind 3/4 th of the mushroom milk mixture to a smooth paste.
      Add the ground mushroom paste to the pan and add 1/2 cup water.


      Add salt, pepper, fresh cream and simmer for 5 minutes.



      Garnish with roasted mushrooms, pepper powder, coriander leaves and enjoy cream of mushroom soup when it is hot.
