VENNILA FRUIT CUSTARD

FRUIT  CUSTARD 

Ingredients:
Milk - 1/2 litre
Vennila custard powder - 2 1/2 tbl spoon 
Sugar - 3 tbl spoon 
Apple - 1
Pomegranate - 1/2
Pineapple - 1/4
Watermelon - 1/2 cup
Banana - 3


      Cut the fruits into small pieces and keep aside.
      Mix custard powder with 100 ml milk without any lumps.


      Heat 400 ml milk and add the custard milk.


      Mix in low flame until lightly thick. It takes 2 to 3 minutes.
      Add sugar and mix well.


      Allow the custard to cool.
      Mix the fruits gently and add the prepared custard.



      Mix gently and garnish with chopped nuts.

      Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy.
