VEGETABLE PINWHEEL OR COIN PARATHA

PINWHEEL 

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Water - 1 cup
Salt to taste 
Seasame Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Beetroot - 1
Sweet Corn - 1/4 cup
Carrot - 4
Capsicum - 1/4
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/2 t spoon 
Onion - 1/2 chopped 
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon 


      Take wheat flour in a bowl.
      Add salt, ghee, turmeric powder, seasame seeds, water and kneed to a soft dough.
      Steam cook beetroot, carrot, capsicum, corn for 15 minutes.


      Grind in pulse mode and add onion, coriander leaves, salt, chilli powder, garam masala. 
      Mix well and keep aside.


      Roll the dough to a thick chappathi.


      Spread the vegetable masala above the rolled chappathi.



      Roll the chappathi along with the masala.



      Cut into thick strips and press using your hands or a small bowl.




      Roast the pinwheels in a dosa tawa or an air fryer with little oil.

      Enjoy pinwheels as such or with tomato sauce.
