BEACH STYLE FISH FRY

FISH FRY



Ingredients :
Fish - 10 pieces
Salt as needed 
Pepper - 1 tbl spoon
Cumin Seeds - 1 t spoon 
Fennel Seeds - 2 t spoon 
Coriander Seeds - 1 tbl spoon 
Kashmiri Red Chilli - 8
Boiled Rice - 1 tbl spoon
Coconut - 3 tbl spoon 
Curry Leaves - 1 spring 
Coconut Oil 
To grind to a paste
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 10
Small Onion - 10
Chilly - 1 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Tamarind Extract - 1 tbl spoon 


      Wash  the fish thoroughly.
      Grind the above ingredients to a fine paste.


      Add salt to the fish and rub well.
      Add the masala paste and mix well.


      Allow the marinated fish to rest for atleast 1 hour.
      Dry roast pepper, cumin, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, boiled rice, Kashmiri red chilly until golden.
      Dry roast coconut, curry leaves until dry.


      Grind the roasted spices, coconut, curry leaves to a fine powder with 1/2 t spoon salt.



      Dip the marinated fish in the dry masala powder and roast in the dosa tawa with coconut oil on both sides.



      Roast the fish in low flame until golden.

      Enjoy beach style fish fry with onion and lemon.
