BROCCOLI STUFFED CHAPPATHI
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt as needed
Oil - 1 t spoon
Broccoli - 1
Ghee 1 t spoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 t spoon
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon chopped
Kneed wheat flour with water, salt, oil to a soft dough and keep aside.
Soak the broccoli florets in water and boil for 3 minutes .
Drain the water and cool the broccoli completely .
Grind the broccoli in pulse mode in a mixer.
Heat ghee in a pan and roast grated broccoli, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt until the broccoli changes colour.
Add chopped coriander leaves and simmer for 2 minutes.
Our stuffing is ready and allow it to cool.
Make small balls out of the chappathi dough and flatten lightly.
Keep the stuffing in the centre and close the ball gently.
Dust dry flour and press using your hands.
Press using rolling pin gently and carefully so that the stuffing does not come out.
Heat a dosa tawa and cook the stuffed chappathi on both sides until golden.
