GREEN PEAS MASALA
Ingredients:Green Peas - 1 cup
Oil - 2 t spoon
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 t spoon
Ginger, garlic, green chilly crushed - 2 t spoon
Onion - 1
Tomato Paste - 1 cup
Salt as needed
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Coriander Leaves
Kasuri Methi - 1/2 t spoon
Cashewnut - 6
Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds, ginger garlic green chilli.
Sauté chopped onion until soft.
Add tomato paste, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, cashew paste, kasuri methi and cook until oil releases.
Add water, green peas and cook covered.
Add chopped coriander leaves and enjoy with chappathi.
