LIME PEPPER MAKHANA

LIME PEPPER  MAKHANA 


Ingredients:
Makhana - 1 cup
Butter - 1 t spoon 
Pepper Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Salt
Lemon Juice - 1/4



      Dry roast the makhana in a pan for 5 minutes until crispy and keep aside.


      Heat butter in a pan and add pepper, salt, lemon juice.


      Add the makhana and roast for 2 more minutes.


      Store the lemon pepper makhana in an airtight container.
