GINGER COOKIES

DRY GINGER  COOKIES

Ingredients:
Melted Butter - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour - 1 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Baking Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Dry Ginger Powder - 1 t spoon 
Milk - 2 t spoon 


      Mix together butter and sugar until creamy.


      Add wheat flour, salt, baking powder, dry ginger powder, milk and kneed to a soft dough.



      Roll using a chappathi roller to little thick chappathi.
      Cut using cookie cutter and place the cookies in a baking tray lined with a baking paper.




      Bake the cookies for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees or until the bottom is slightly browned.
      Cool the cookies completely in a wire rack and store in an airtight container.


      Enjoy ginger cookies with a cup of tea.
