VEG SALAD WITH PANEER ROAST
Ingredients:
Carrot - 1
Red Cabbage - 1/2
Capsicum - 1/4
Paneer - 100 gm
Salt
Pepper - 3/4 t spoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Pizza Seasoning - 1/4 t spoon
Lemon - 1/4
Butter - 1 tbl spoon
Wash and cut the violet cabbage, capsicum, carrot into small pieces.
Steam the veggies in an idly cooker for 15 minutes in medium flame.
Sauté the cooked vegetables with 1/2 tbl spoon butter, 1 pinch salt and 1/2 t spoon pepper for 3 minutes in high flame.
Marinate the paneer pieces with salt, lemon, pepper powder, chilly powder, pizza seasoning.
Roast the paneer with butter in a hot dosa tawa.
