METHI PARATHA

Ingredients :
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt as needed 
Oil
Methi / Fenugreek Leaves - 1 bunch 
Ginger - 1 t spoon 
Red Chilly Powder - 1/ 2 t spoon 
Coriander Powder  - 1/2 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/4 t spoon 
Curd - 1 tbl spoon 


      Remove the fenugreek leaves, wash thoroughly and chop into small pieces.
      Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl along with salt, chopped methi leaves, curd, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, chopped ginger and mix together.


      Add water little by little and knead to a soft dough. Allow the dough to rest for atleast 1/2 an hour.


      Make small balls and roll to thin chappathis using a rolling pin.


      Heat a dosa tawa and roast the methi chappathi on both sides until golden.

      Apply ghee and enjoy methi chappathi with gravy of your choice.
