WHEAT RAGI COOKIES
Ingredients:
Butter softened _ 100 gmNaatu Sarkarai / Jaggery _ 1/3 cup
Baking Powder _ 1/2 t spoon
Wheat Flour _ 1/2 cup
Ragi Flour _ 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts _ 10
Mix together butter, jaggery, baking powder until smooth.
Add wheat and ragi flour and kneed to a soft dough.
Refrigerate the dough for 1/2 an hour.
Make small balls, slightly flatten and place a cashew above each cookies. We can use cookies cutter also.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool completely in a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
