CHOCOLATE FILLED COOKIES

CHOCOLATE  COOKIES 


Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1 3/4 cup
Egg - 1
Baking Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Salt - 1/2 t spoon 
Butter - 3/4 cup softened 
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Vennila Essence - 1 t spoon 
Chocolate Filling 


      Beat butter, sugar until fluffy.
      Add egg, vennila essence and mix well.


      Add wheat flour, salt, baking powder and kneed to a soft dough.


      Make small balls and flatten slightly.
      Make a small hollow space in the centre using a bottle cap and fill with the chocolate filling.


      Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden.


      Allow the cookies to cool in a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
