COOKIE TIN
Ingredients :Butter - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Jaggery - 1/4 cup
Milk - 2 tbl spoon
Wheat Flour - 1 1/4 cup
Baking Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Baking Soda - 1/2 t spoon
Salt- 1 pinch
Chocolate Chips - 1/4 cup
Chocolate pieces
Mix together butter, sugar, jaggery, milk using a wire wisk.
Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, wheat flour, chocolate chips and kneed to a soft dough.
Make big balls using the dough and place a piece of chocolate in the centre.
Keep the balls in a tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
