GHEE WHEAT ALMOND COOKIES

GHEE  ALMOND BISCUIT

Ingredients:
Ghee - 100 ml -1 tbl spoon 
Sugar - 75 gm - 1 tbl spoon 
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Salt 1 pinch
Cardamom - 2
Almonds - 12


      Grind together sugar, cardamom and salt.


      Mix wheat flour, ground almonds and add ghee.


      Kneed to a soft dough.


      Make small balls and slightly flatten.


      Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes or until the bottom turns lightly golden.
      Allow the biscuits to cool in a wire rack.


      Store ghee cookies in an airtight container.
