MIXED VEG WHITE KURUMA
Ingredients:
Carrot - 1/4 cup chopped
Beans - 1/4 cup chopped
Green Peas - 2 tbl spoon
Paneer - 100 gm
Salt as needed
Garam Masala - 1/2 t spoon
Kasuri Methi - 1/4 t spoon
Butter - 1 t spoon
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 t spoon
Cinnamon Stick - 1 piece
Biriyani Leaf - 1
Coriander Leaves
To sauté and grind
Oil - 1/2 t spoon
Onion - 1 1/2
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Garlic - 6
Green Chilly - 1
Cashewnut - 6
To sauté and grind
Oil - 1/2 t spoon
Onion - 1 1/2
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Garlic - 6
Green Chilly - 1
Cashewnut - 6
Sauté the above ingredients with oil until it turns soft.
Sprinkle water if needed.
Allow it to cool and grind to a fine paste.
Heat butter in a pan and fry fennel seeds, cinnamon, biriyani leaf.
Add the carrot, beans, peas and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the ground paste, 1/2 cup water, salt, garam masala, kasuri methi and cook covered until the veggies gets soft.
Roast paneer in a dosa tawa with 1/2 t spoon butter until golden.
Once the vegetables gets cooked well, add the roasted paneer and mix well.
Add chopped coriander leaves and enjoy mixed veg vegetable kuruma with chappathi.
