WHEAT SANDWICH BREAD

WHOLE WHEAT BREAD


Ingredients :
Active Dry Yeast - 1 1/2 t spoon 
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Butter - 3 tbl spoon 
Sugar - 3 tbl spoon 
Wheat Flour - 3 cups
Salt - 1 1/2 t spoon 
Milk Powder - 1/4 cup


      Mix together active dry yeast, sugar, butter with 1/2 cup luke warm water.


      Allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
      The water bubbles up.


      Take wheat flour, milk powder, salt, 1 cup water and yeast water in a mixing bowl.



      Knead to a soft dough.


      Close the dough with a wet towel and allow it to rest for 2 hours.
      Once the dough doubles, punch and roll the dough.


      Make a small log or rectangle shape and place it in a lined bread pan.


      Close with the towel once again and allow it to double for 1 hour.


      Apply some oil on the top and bake the bread in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
      Once the top of the bread starts getting golden remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool.



      Slice the bread after it gets completely cooled.

      Enjoy sandwich bread as such or toasted.
