GROUNDNUT COOKIES

GROUNDNUT  COOKIES 

Ingredients:
Groundnut - 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour - 3/4 cup
Butter - 75 gm
Naatu Sarkarai / Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Milk - 2 tbl spoon 
Mixed nuts - 1 t spoon 


      Dry roast groundnut, remove the skin and grind to a fine powder.
      Mix together butter, groundnut powder, jaggery, wheat flour, milk and kneed to a soft dough.




      Roll the dough and cut using cookie cutter.
      Sprinkle some chopped nuts and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until the bottom gets slightly browned.




      Cool the cookies completely in a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
