GROUNDNUT DATES URUNDAI

GROUNDNUT  DATES BALL


Ingredients:
Groundnut - 1 cup
Dates - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 1/2 t spoon 


      Dry roast groundnut and remove the skin.


      Roast dates with ghee until lightly smoky.


      Grind groundnut coursely.
      Add dates and grind in pulse mode until they get mixed well.


      Make small balls using hands tightly.
