PLUM CAKE

PLUM CAKE


Ingredients:
Apple - 1
Banana - 1
Naatu Sarkarai - 1/2 cup
White Sugar. - 1/2 cup
Jam - 1 tbl spoon 
Dates - 1/4 cup
Cashew, Badam, Tuti frooti, Dry Grapes - 1/4 cup each
Butter 1 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Baking Powder. - 1 t spoon 
Baking Soda - 1 t spoon 
Vennila Essence - 1 t spoon 
Pineapple Essence - 1 t spoon 
Milk - 1 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tbl spoon 


      Take a pan and cook chopped apple , banana, white sugar, 1/4 cup Naatu Sarkarai for 5 minutes .




      Add cashews , badam, dry grapes, dates, tuti FROOTI, jam and cook for 5 more minutes.



      Allow this to rest overnight.
      Take melted butter, 1/4 cup Naatu Sarkarai and mix well.


      Add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, vennila essence, pineapple essence and mix well.
     Add the prepared dry fruit mixture and mix using a laddle.


     Transfer the cake mixture to a baking pan lined with butter paper.
     Bake the plum cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
     Allow the cake to cool completely.


      Enjoy rich and tasty plum cake when it is warm.
